Tips
- Printing is not available using the library's wireless connection. Save your work to a floppy disk or USB flash drive and sign up to use one of the public use computers to print at the library.
- All wireless access users should have up-to-date virus protection and firewall software on their laptop computers or other wireless devices.
- As with most other public wireless "hot spots," this connection is not secure. Information sent and received could be intercepted by another wireless user.
- The library's wireless connection is filtered by our Internet service provider. Adult users may request that individual websites be unblocked by a library staff member for research or other lawful purposes.
- The library is not responsible for any changes you make to your computer's settings and cannot guarantee your device will work with our wireless connection. The library assumes no responsibility for the safety of your equipment or data while using the library's wireless connection.
- Library staff cannot assist in making changes to your network settings or perform any troubleshooting on your computer. Refer to your owner's manual, or contact your hardware provider for additional assistance.
