Spring is the time of year when many of West Virginia's amphibians and reptiles crawl out of their burrows for warm weather activities. Learn more about turtles, toads, salamanders and snakes with live examples. This session is presented by Kanawha County science teachers, Michael Smith and Kathy Kress.

This book club was formed especially for seniors by Highmark PALS (People Able to Lend Support) in order to bring older adults together for a literary challenge and social interaction. Each club meets once a month, except in December. If you are eligible for Medicare, are interested in making new friends, and enjoy discussing new books contact your local library for more information. This month's book is "The Book of Tomorrow" by Cecelia Ahern.
