Celebrate the Thanksgiving season by participating in the Elk Valley Express Library’s coloring contest. The contest will run through the entire month of November. Winners will be chosen in each age group for the following categories: Overall Winner and Most Original. All completed entries need to be turned in by closing (8:00 PM) on Wednesday, Nov. 30.
