Check Out Materials?
Bring your selections to the circulation desk at your local library. Circulating materials include hardback and paperback books, videos and DVDs, audiobooks on cassettes and CDs, music cassettes and CDs, CD-ROM software, large print books and magazines (in some locations only).
Our lending policies, outlined below, are intended to provide fair and ready access to our materials for all of our users.
You may have up to 50 items checked out on your account at a time. Due to customer demand, there are additional limitations on some types of materials. Reference materials are for use in the library only. Most items circulate for 28 days; new books, audiovisual materials and other special items circulate for less time. Any item may be renewed once if there are no requests for it. Check your date due receipt to ensure timely return of your materials.
If you have overdue items, your card is blocked until the overdue items are returned, so be sure to renew your materials before they are due. You may renew in person, by phone or e-mail, or you may log into your account and renew your materials online. (Items must be renewed on or before their due date)
