Blenko Glass See the various steps in making hand crafted glassware and view examples of the craftsman's art. Blenko has been making masterpieces in glass since 1921.

Charleston Parks and Recreation Department Community centers with a variety of events, pools and golf courses.

Capitol Market An indoor market opens all year with stores and restaurants. A seasonal Outdoor market featuring locally grown fruits and vegetables and a wide variety of seasonal plants and flowers.

Charleston Town Center A two-level downtown mall with over 130 stores and restaurants and also and an attached parking garage.

Charleston Civic Center Venue for music, sporting events and a variety of other activities

Craik-Patton House One of the oldest houses in the Kanawha Valley, the Craik-Patton House built in 1834 has been restored and is open for visitors. It is located at 2809 Kanawha Blvd. Call 925-5341 for hours.

Tri-State Greyhound Park Casino gambling, live greyhound racing as well as simulcast greyhound and thoroughbred racing from over forty tracks.

West Virginia Power Baseball Single A farm team of the Milwaukee Brewers that plays in the full-season South Atlantic League. Games played in the new Appalachian Power Park in downtown Charleston.
