Eating Smart, Being Active Please join April Simpson with The Family Nutrition Program at WVU Extension in a FREE weekly class-every Monday-on nutrition and exercise titled Eating Smart, Being Active (ESBA). There will be a free kitchen gadget and recipe given to each registered participant at every class along with a time of moderate exercise and taste testing of a recipe prepared together. Registration begins December 3 and will close when registration reaches 17 participants.

Adult Crafternoon: No Sew Decorative Tea Towel Learn how to make a simple decorative tea towel, no sewing required. Decorate it for Valentine's Day or however you like.
