Banned Books Week Banned Books Week is an annual event celebrating the freedom to read! Visit any KCPL library this week for your chance to win one of two $25 Amazon bookmark gift cards. To enter the contest, all you'll need to do is participate in the Banned Books Week Challenge: 1) Read a banned or challenged book 2) Find your library's banned books display and fill out an entry form, then return to a staff member 3) Play again! See how many banned or challenged books you can read this week! Contest runs September 21-28, 2019. Good luck and happy reading!
