How to Become a 501c3 in WV Are you thinking about starting your own nonprofit in West Virginia, but are unsure how to go about doing so? Then this workshop will be perfect for you! Representatives from the West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office will teach attendees the necessary steps to applying for 501c3 (nonprofit) status in West Virginia. This program is part of our 2020 Nonprofit and Grant Workshop Series, which runs March - July. Registration for this event opens on February 11, 2020. Note: This workshop will take place at the WV One Stop Business Center.
