Book Lovers Unite: a book discussion group Join the new book group that meets at the Riverside Public Library! Eating Smart, Being Active Please join April Simpson with The Family Nutrition Program at WVU Extension in a FREE 9-week class--every Monday--on nutrition and exercise titled Eating Smart, Being Active (ESBA). There will be a free kitchen gadget and recipe given to each registered participant at every class along with a time of moderate exercise and taste testing of a recipe prepared together. Registration begins December 3 and will close when registration reaches 17 participants. The Eating Smart, Being Active session scheduled for January 21 will be covered along with the January 14 session.
