PALS Book Club This book club was formed especially for seniors by Highmark PALS (People Able to Lend Support) in order to bring older adults together for a literary challenge and social interaction. The groups meet once a month except in December. If you are eligible for Medicare, are interested in making new friends and enjoy discussing new books, contact your local library for more information. This month's title is "The Boston Girl" by Anita Diamant.

Crime Scene Science Solve a mystery with science in Crime Scene Science! Children in grades K-8 put on their thinking caps and solve The Great Cat Caper through logic, reasoning, and some cool science. Using different tools - including fingerprinting, DNA analysis, restoration of a broken window, and making a casting of a footprint - children are led through a fun and illuminating journey with plenty of twists and turns.
