Out of this World I Spy In preparation for our Star Party event, take the I Spy Challenge! Search the library for astronomical photos. Just grab a game sheet at the front desk and mark off all as you find them. Return the completed game sheet to the front desk for a prize. Limit one prize, children 12 and under please.

DIY: Decorative Tiles Turn plain white tiles into personal expressions of art. Each participant will have the opportunity to try a few different methods to create unique tile art that can be used as trivets or coasters. Supplies are provided by the Cross Lanes Library Advisory Board. Registration is required and space is limited. Sign-ups begin April 7.

Jump Into Storytime Storytime sessions are designed for children up to 5 years of age. Child and caregiver will enjoy stories, songs, rhymes, and much more. Caregivers are encouraged to participate along with the children! After storytime, kids are invited to stay, play, and socialize with others.

Playgroup @ the Library All the fun of a traditional playgroup but none of the fuss. Drop in to socialize with other families with toddlers and play with toys reserved just for this age group. National Library Week BINGO Visit the Elk Valley Branch Library to pick up your copy of the National Library Week BINGO gamesheet. National Library Week is observed April 8 through April 14. To celebrate you can play BINGO while completing some fun reading challenges. You will have until the end of the day on Saturday, April 21 to turn your completed sheet in and earn a prize.
