I Spy Hidden Pictures: Honoring Black History Month Take the I Spy Challenge! Search the Children's Department for photos and mini biographies of noteworthy African Americans of West Virginia. Turn in completed game sheets at the front desk for a prize from our treasure chest. Ages 12 and younger.

Design-a-Bookmark It's Library Lovers' Month so celebrate and design a bookmark about why you love the library. The winning design in each of three categories, children, teens and adults, will be printed for distribution at the library and in area businesses. Runner-up prizes will also be awarded. For more information and to pick up an entry form, visit the Elk Valley Express Library. Due date for all entrants will be Saturday, Feb. 25. For all ages.
