Glue Art Basics Let your imagination guide you in creating your own glue art. Local artist Sharon Golightly will show you how. This technique involves using glue to draw a design on a canvas. Water color can be added to color it. Depending on the surface, the color would be absorbed or repelled to highlight the design. All materials will be provided. Class size is limited and registration is required. Registration begins January 11.

Family Drawing Night Join local artist, Terry Lively, who has a Masters of Art degree in Media Studies, for a family drawing workshop. She will introduce you to the basics of sketching, shading, and perspective. You will leave the workshop with a completed sketch of your own! There is a limit of 15 participants, so make sure you visit the library's website or call the library to register (304-965-3636). Event registration begins January 2, 2018.
