Ultimate Gaming Experience The ultimate gaming experience returns to your library! WV Mobile Gaming will be at your local library with their state of the art gaming theater. The climate-controlled gaming theater is tricked out with 4 50" TVs inside and 2 additional 50" TVs on the outside for maximum fun. You will be able to enjoy the latest games on the best gaming systems available, including: Xbox One, Wii U, and Playstation 4.

Teens: Lip Sync Battle Do you love the idea of singing, but find yourself unable to sing in front of others? Then this is the event for you! Teens will battle against each other by lip-syncing to different songs. They will judge each other on performance to pick an ultimate winner!

Stuffed Animal Sleepover Join us for a sleepover at the library – stuffed animal style, that is! Bring your stuffed friend to the library for a special storytime, tuck them in for the night, and come back the next day to watch a slideshow of all the fun they had! Musical Instrument Petting Zoo For this special event, the Kanawha County Public Library will host Vince Gorby from Gorby's Music, Inc. Vince will bring a group of instruments and share some facts about them with the audience. Then, each child will get to try at least one instrument! Registration is required and will open on July 5. We ask that all participants be elementary school aged to allow everyone to properly enjoy the program. There will be a limit of 25 participants.
