Coast to Coast: Contemporary American Writers Reading and Discussion Group This book discussion series focuses on some new voices in contemporary American literature. This month's selection is "Before Everything" by Victoria Redel. The group meets the first Thursday of each month September 2017 through May 2018. Discussion leader is Tim Basford. Copies of the books are limited and may be picked up at the Reference Desk.

Full STEM Ahead: Sloppy Slime Who says learning has to be boring? You'll find out it's NOT boring when you join us for some STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) fun. Each session will explore one of the elements of STEM. This month we will get down and dirty with slime! Recommended for families and younger children with adult supervision.

You can find out more about this new author at Ms. Thomas will have copies of her new book to purchase and she will be available to sign her books after the program.

Jump Into Storytime Storytime sessions are designed for children up to 5 years of age. Child and caregiver will enjoy stories, songs, rhymes, and much more. Caregivers are encouraged to participate along with the children! After storytime, kids are invited to stay, play, and socialize with others.
