Thursday Book Group This discussion group will enjoy nine books from different genres (novels, short stories, memoir, biography) featuring literary giants such as Hemingway as well as from new best-selling authors such as Celeste Ng and Alex Michaelides. The group meets the first Thursday of each month through May 2020 at the Main Library. Join us for a lively discussion. Tim Basford is the discussion leader. March's book is "Little Fires Everywhere" by Celeste Ng. Copies are available at the Reference Desk.

Family Fun: Celebrate Dr. Seuss! “What can it be? Come on March 5th, to look and see!” That’s right! We’re holding a birthday celebration for our favorite rhyming children’s author, Dr. Seuss. At this fun program we'll learn more about the great Dr. Seuss. We will read Dr. Seuss books, make crafts from the characters in the books and sign a giant birthday card for Dr. Seuss. In honor of Dr. Seuss, all children's books in the Ongoing Book Sale will be Buy One, Get One Free. All ages are welcome! Registration starts Feb 17.

Adults & Crafts: Mini Macrame Learn how to create the hottest trend in DIY home decor! Using a simple knot technique, we will craft a gorgeous miniature macrame wall hanging out of cinnamon sticks and cotton rope. All supplies will be provided. Space is limited, so registration is required. Registration will open on February 3.
