Family Night: Holiday Ornament Making Come join us for a fun time making your very own ornaments! We'll learn some cool techniques for creating different types of ornaments to take home. Registration for this event opens on November 28.

Holiday Make It Take It Tuesday Winter holidays, fun, and crafting, oh my! Join us as we celebrate the winter season with a simple make-and-take craft project available each Tuesday during the month of December. This is an informal drop-in event, so you can assemble your craft at the library or take it home and work on it there. Stop by any time throughout the day to get your craft kit.

Ornament Workshop Create new ornaments for your holiday celebrations. There will be a variety of styles for all ages to enjoy making. Make some for the library tree and some to take home.

"Giving Tree" sponsors needed The Cross Lanes Library will be hosting the Tyler Mountain / Cross Lanes Community Services "Giving Tree." Tags will be provided for you to select a child that is wanting a few presents for Christmas. Please come in to the library and pull a tag off of our special "Giving Tree." The deadline to sponsor a child is December 14.

Drop-Off for TM/CLCS Food Drive The Cross Lanes Library will be a drop-off point for Tyler Mountain / Cross Lanes Community Services December food drive. The most needed items are: peanut butter and jelly, soup, pork and beans, dry pasta and pasta sauce, canned beans, vegetables and fruits, saltine crackers, canned meats, cold cereal, boxed side dishes, rice, canned pasta (ravioli, etc.), toilet paper and tissues.
