Chronic Pain Self-Management Program A free 6-week program for adults living with chronic pain, as well as their family members and caregivers. Topics of discussion include pain and the mind connection, physical activity, healthy eating, and much more. Seating is limited. Each session is expected to last until 7:30 pm. Teen Tuesday: Bad Art Afternoon Teens and tweens can join us after school on select Tuesdays each month for a variety of fun activities including gaming, crafts, and more. This week we'll be making bad art. If you have ever wanted to create art, but felt like you weren't good at it, this is the program for you! We will be utilizing a variety of mediums to create a masterpiece where the goal is to make it as awful as possible.
