Eating Smart, Being Active Please join April Simpson with The Family Nutrition Program at WVU Extension in a FREE 9-week class-every Monday-on nutrition and exercise titled Eating Smart, Being Active (ESBA). There will be a free kitchen gadget and recipe given to each registered participant at every class along with a moderate exercise and taste testing of a recipe prepared together. Registration begins December 3 and will close when registration reaches 17 participants.
