Chronic Pain Self-Management Program A free 6-week program for adults living with chronic pain, as well as their family members and caregivers. Topics of discussion include pain and the mind connection, physical activity, healthy eating, and much more. Seating is limited. Each session is expected to last until 7:30 pm.
