Cross Lanes Library Summer Pool Parties The Cross Lanes Recreational Pool Association will be sponsoring three different pool parties for the Cross Lanes Library over the summer. These fundraisers will be at the CLRA Pool at 5447 Big Tyler Road. Please mark your summer calendars for these events! Thanks to the CLRA Pool for the use of their facilities and personnel for this fundraiser. Part of the proceeds will be going to the Cross Lanes Library Advisory Board to meet our library's community assessment. COST: $5.00 Tuesday May 22 from 3:30-6:30 p.m., Tuesday July 24 from 3:30-6:30 p.m., and Tuesday August 14 from 3:30-6:30 p.m.

Family STEM Program: Katherine Johnson birthday celebration! Help us celebrate the 100th birthday of West Virginia native Katherine Johnson, former NASA mathematician and recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom. To honor 'the girl who loved to count' we will have birthday refreshments, rocket activities, and create birthday cards.
