Declutter and De-Stress Workshop If you find yourself having the same battle over and over again to keep your house rid of clutter, this two-hour workshop is for you. This workshop will help you learn about the emotional blocks that prevent decluttering “once and for all,” and how to find your personal decluttering style. You’ll understand why “organizing” is a trap, and why more storage bins only keep the problem going. In the second hour, you’ll get a solid plan for winning the war on stuff, discover local resources for help, and learn concrete strategies that will help you move forward to your goal of a neat, peaceful, clutter-free environment. Participants are asked to bring one to three items from home they can't seem to let go. The presenter is Martha Spalding Mozingo, a lifelong West Virginia resident whose interests include dogs, creativity, giftedness, writing, art, and science. She is also a member of Mensa.
