The Friends of The Library Foundation are gearing up for the 11th annual A Tisket, A Tasket, A Literary Basket silent auction on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 6 p.m. at Temple Israel on Kanawha Boulevard. Please note this is a new location. Each basket has a theme that is featured around a book, DVD or other item that can be checked out of the library.

Last year’s event raised more than $37,000. That money helped fund the summer reading programs for children, teens and adults; classes and events for all ages and the West Virginia Book Festival.
