What is Live Homework Help?
Tutoring hotline for students Grades K-12 as well as the first two years of college in the subjects of math, science, social studies, and English.
Tutors are available for GED, SAT, ACT and Citizenship tests.
Professionals are available to review resumes, cover letters and do interview coaching.

For live tutors, users will enter their grade level and subject area to be connected to a one-on-one session with a tutor. Students at this point can share files, browse the website and use a whiteboard while simultaneously chatting. Career seekers will also select what they would like help with and then be sent to a live session.
Tutors and career help are available from 2 pm to midnight EST.
The Skill Center is available 24/7 and contains a wide variety of materials to help with homework and career decisions.
Things to Know
- Requires Windows XP or higher and Microsoft’s Silverlight plug in to run the classroom.
- Patrons log in with their KCPL card number and PIN.
- Patrons with dial up can access the service from any KCPL public computer.
- Tutor.com to go is the Apple app for iPhones, iPads and iPod Touch.
