Cindy Bogg’s advice is founded in science and tempered with an understanding of the need for simple strategies to better health. She demystifies the onslaught of information offered up daily and provides healthy lifestyle advice with a consumer-advocate mindset. Cindy has been fitness director and instructor/trainer for the YMCA of the Kanawha Valley since 1988 and is the author of the book You Can Find Health in Your Hectic World.
