What is EBSCO?

EBSCO is collection of databases, which cover a wide variety of subjects such as business, health, fiction and popular interest. There are a variety of search interfaces (based on different types of users) that access the information in these databases with three of the interfaces geared toward different age-groups of student searchers. The most comprehensive of the search interfaces is the ESBCOhost interface.

The West Virginia Library Commission provides statewide databases with funds from the West Virginia State Legislature and the Library Services and Technology Act administered by the Institute of Library and Museum Services. If you don't have a Kanawha County Public Library card access to this resource is available at the West Virginia Info Depot.
