Teams can be as small as one person and as large as 15 people. Choose one team member to serve as the team leader and liaison with KCPL. This person will receive occasional e-blasts from the library with information and encouragement about the challenge. The team leader is also in charge of maintaining the group's book log and submitting it to the library once the challenge is met.
