This program will give you an overview of what makes a food real, what makes it processed, genetically engineered, or an anti-nutrient. Sally J. Miller, Nutrition Educator and owner of Eats of Eden, Nutrition Consulting, will cover such topics as how to identify additives or preservatives; how to read a food label; what processed foods do to your blood sugar, digestion and immune system, and more. Sally is also part owner of Mission Savvy organic juice bar and café in Charleston. Registration required and starts July 8.
